- By using the platform and booking a vehicle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Rental pricing and vehicle availability are shown at the time of booking and may vary by listing.
- Certain rules (deposit, cancellation, late return, city limits) may be applied as per listing policy.
Eligibility & Documents
Who can rent and what documents are required.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- Submit copies of: Driving License and Aadhaar (copy retained for records).
- International visitors: home country license + International Driving Permit + valid Visa (originals to be brought; copy retained).
Booking, Payments & Duration
Minimum tenure, advance payment, and booking changes.
- Minimum booking tenure is one day (24 hours).
- Payments are typically in advance. Extensions require payment before extending.
- Pick-up date/time/location may not be changeable once booking is confirmed (as per policy).
Usage Rules & Restrictions
How the vehicle can be used during the rental period.
- Do not lend the vehicle to another person. Only the authorized user should drive.
- Vehicle use may be restricted to the pickup city unless you have permission to travel outside.
- Some categories (e.g., gearless) may have stricter city-limit rules.
Fuel & Helmet Policy
Safety rules and fuel responsibility.
- One helmet is provided with the vehicle. Helmets are mandatory for rider and pillion as per law.
- Any fines due to not wearing a helmet are the user’s responsibility.
- Fuel costs are the user’s responsibility.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Key cancellation rules and refund timelines.
- No show / After pickup time: 100% deduction
- Partial payment: 100% deduction
- Full payment:
- Before 72 hours: 25% deduction
- Between 24-72 hours: 75% deduction
- 0-24 hours: 100% deduction
- Refund processing typically reflects in the bank within 7-10 business days.
- Early drop-offs: No refund is provided for early drop-off cases.
Late Return & Penalties
Late return charges and related penalties.
- Late returns may attract penalties based on the booked time and listing policy.
- As per policy: late return may be charged at ₹50/hour (Scooty) and ₹100/hour (Bikes) (in addition to other applicable charges).
- Helmet damage may attract a fine (based on the extent of damage).

Damage, Theft & Liability

- Users are responsible for damages during the rental period, subject to the policy and inspection outcome.

Public ratings and reviews displayed on Wheel On Rent may be supplied by Google Places. Google selects and orders the reviews returned by its service, and links are provided so you can view each source on Google Maps. By using this Google content, you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and the Google Terms of Service.
