Scope of Policy

When these refund rules apply.

  • This policy applies to cancellations requested before the customer takes delivery or pickup of the booked vehicle.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, the applicable refund outcome will depend on the payment type and the party initiating the cancellation.
  • Any exceptional case, dispute, or technical failure may be reviewed separately by Wheel On Rent.

Partial Booking Cancellation

Refund rule for bookings made with partial payment.

Policy
If the customer makes a partial booking payment and cancels the booking before taking the vehicle, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • The advance or partial booking amount will not be refunded.
  • This applies when the cancellation is initiated by the customer.

Full Payment Cancellation

Refund rule for bookings made with complete payment.

Policy
If the customer has paid the complete booking amount and then cancels the booking before taking the vehicle, a 25% deduction will be applied and the remaining 75% will be refunded.
  • Refunds under this section are available only when the customer has completed full payment.
  • The refund amount will be calculated after deducting 25% of the total booking value paid by the customer.

Cancellation by Wheel On Rent

Refund rule when the booking is cancelled from our side.

Policy
If the booking is cancelled by Wheel On Rent, the customer will receive a complete refund of the amount paid, with no deduction.
  • This applies regardless of whether the booking amount was paid partially or in full.
  • No cancellation or processing deduction will be charged when the cancellation is initiated by Wheel On Rent.

Refund Deductions

Summary of how deductions are applied.

  • Partial payment + customer cancellation: 100% deduction on the amount paid.
  • Full payment + customer cancellation: 25% deduction on the paid amount.
  • Cancellation by Wheel On Rent: 0% deduction and full refund.
